When can I expect my order to arrive?
We process orders frequently to ensure that we get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once an order is processed, it is queued to be packed and passed into the hands of the shipper within 5-8 business days.
Our US shipping partners estimate a 1-7 days shipping timeline after they receive the package but tracking provided by the shipper will offer the most accurate and up-to-date information on the progress of any shipment.
Once shipped, you can also check tracking via the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email that is sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
We are unable to affect shipping speed for orders.
Do you have items other than coffee on your order (brewing equipment, mugs, etc), received tracking (via email or at your Order History page), but still don't see movement? Some packages can see no tracking at all until the day the item is delivered. If you don't see the package within 10 days of receiving the tracking email, let us know.
If you did not receive a tracking number via email and are unable to find it in your Order History please get in touch as well!
Can you expedite or otherwise speed up my shipment?
We don't currently offer an expedited shipping option.

Currently we ship coffee solely via FedEx Economy, UPS Ground, USPS Priority, or USPS
MERCHANDISE
Merchandise is shipped via FedEx Economy, UPS Ground, USPS Priority, or USPS
For items shipped from our merchandise facility, the type of shipping service used is automatically selected based on the best fit for the particular order. The type of shipping service for these shipments cannot be selected manually.
